Traffic Pattern Changes - Beginning Monday, May 30, 2016  Traffic on University Avenue will continue to be shifted to the south side of University Avenue starting at Grove Street and extending east of Waterloo Road. The intersection of Boulder/Idaho will be closed. Right-in/Right-out movements only at Holiday Road and McClain Drive. Tucson Drive, Valley Park Drive, Black Hawk Village, and Waterloo Road intersections will remain open. Click below to download the map showing how to access the area.
